• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement sustainable construction practices and green building technologies to minimize environmental impact.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in construction management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building technologies.
• Valid construction management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
