📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales and service teams in the Pondok Indah area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Train and mentor sales and service staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and service operations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role within the technology industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and management software and tools.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
