📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure that the store adheres to company policies and procedures, and that all staff are trained and motivated.,Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.,Manage store budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.,Conduct regular store audits and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Lead and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support the overall growth and success of Bloom Hub Nusantara.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in the retail industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
