Logistics Coordinator - 5-Month Contract (Books Distribution)

With a proven track record in logistics coordination, you'll be responsible for coordinating with vendors, drivers, and warehouses to ensure that books reach their destinations efficiently and on time.

We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on our operations. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month.

In this role, you'll be working closely with our team to manage the logistics of our books distribution network. You'll be responsible for coordinating with our vendors, drivers, and warehouses to ensure that our books are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. You'll also be working with our team to optimize our routes and improve our overall efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the logistics of books distribution across Bali
• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and warehouses to ensure timely and efficient delivery of books
• Track and manage inventory using SAP and other logistics software
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, such as delivery times, inventory levels, and route optimization
• Work closely with the team to ensure that books are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all books are delivered in good condition and that customers are satisfied with their deliveries
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in logistics and books distribution

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
