📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the lubricant laboratory, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Conduct quality control tests and analyses on lubricants using advanced laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, viscometers, and chromatographs.
• Develop and implement standardized testing procedures and quality control protocols.
• Collaborate with the product development team to innovate and improve lubricant formulations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and ASTM.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Conduct research and development projects to enhance the performance and sustainability of our lubricants.
• Generate and analyze reports to track product quality and performance, providing actionable insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lubricant laboratory, with a strong background in quality control and product development.
• Certification in lubricant testing and analysis, such as ASTM D4284 or ISO 10816.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software, including spectrophotometers, viscometers, chromatographs, and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and ASTM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to the management team.
