📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best value for the organization.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement processes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
