📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of store managers to ensure all Siomay Manahan outlets in Surakarta meet or exceed performance targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address issues, and provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management using POS systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B or food service industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Experience with retail POS systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
