📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental strategies,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to management,Handle departmental budgeting and financial planning,Organize and lead departmental meetings and training sessions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Knowledge of HR practices and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
