Manage and supervise daily bakery operations,Ensure high-quality products and services,Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets,Maintain a clean and safe working environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels,Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients,Plan and organize team schedules and shifts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the bakery industry,Proven leadership and management skills,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
