As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Hotel OTA), you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing online travel agency (OTA) marketing strategies. You'll work closely with our hotel partners to ensure their properties are visible and attract the right guests. - Manage and optimize OTA marketing strategies for our hotel portfolio
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Ads 360 to drive strategic campaigns

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Create and implement marketing plans to drive online visibility and revenue growth
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve common goals
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
- Proven experience with OTA marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Ads 360
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) is a plus
