📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on electric vehicles using specialized tools and checklists
• Verify vehicle compliance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Document inspection findings and recommend corrective actions for non-conforming items
• Perform battery health checks and electrical system inspections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control metrics
• Provide technical support to sales and service teams regarding vehicle quality and specifications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or automotive inspection, preferably in the EV sector
• Knowledge of EV-specific components, systems, and regulations
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as SAP QM, Jira, or similar tools
• Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 or similar quality management systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
