📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe transportation operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any potential issues.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
