📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Oversee taxation processes, including VAT and income tax compliance, and ensure timely filing and payment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for Organique.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
