HPAL Translator for GM

We are seeking a highly capable HPAL Translator to the General Manager to provide professional translation, interpretation, and administrative support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication between the General Manager and stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

As the HPAL Translator for the General Manager, you will be responsible for translating and interpreting documents, emails, and meetings, ensuring that all communications are accurate and culturally appropriate. You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the strategic direction of one of Indonesia's most respected mining companies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and meetings between English and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and interpretation.
• Support the General Manager in high-profile events and meetings, providing real-time interpretation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of travel arrangements and logistics for the General Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation and interpretation services, preferably in the mining or corporate sector.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Certification in HPAL (Higher Proficiency in Academic Language) is a plus.
• Experience in working with high-profile clients or executives is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
