Hotel Kirana Gadget is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our guests and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to guests and staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems, including computers, servers, and network devices.,Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring optimal connectivity for all users.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT technologies and systems.,Conduct regular system backups to ensure data integrity and security.,Provide training and documentation to staff on IT systems and procedures.,Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.
