As a Lead IT Support, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT team, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of the health center.

Provide technical support to staff and ensure the smooth operation of systems.

Oversee the IT team and coordinate their activities.

Implement new technologies and ensure their integration with existing systems.

Ensure the security and reliability of the IT systems.

Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.

Train and mentor junior staff members.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

Experience with healthcare IT systems is a plus.

Proven ability to manage and lead a team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of IT security best practices.

Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
