📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the company's strategic goals.Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address those needs.Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and other resources.Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.Collaborate with various departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives to senior management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
