📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Ensure that all machines are running efficiently and safely.
  • Train and supervise junior machine operators.
  • Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and order replacements as needed.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Work with the kitchen manager to develop and implement operational procedures and standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a food service or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
