📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and motivate a team of store managers and staff.,Manage and maintain store finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve company goals.,Promote and uphold the company's brand values and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
