📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive sales and acquisition for EDC solutions, focusing on merchant onboarding and activation.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants throughout their journey with BukuWarung.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the EDC and financial technology sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role in the financial technology or EDC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the EDC market and the ability to communicate the value of EDC solutions to merchants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
