📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management.,Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively, meeting all quality and safety standards.,Manage and develop the clinic's staff, providing training and support as needed.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinic operations and financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support the overall business goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or operational role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and dental management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
