📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our retail management system (RMS) and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our inventory management system (IMS) and warehouse management system (WMS).
• Support and troubleshoot IT and communications systems to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and software solutions.
• Provide technical support to retail staff and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our operations support systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations support, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using RMS, POS, IMS, and WMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of network and communications systems.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
