📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR-related software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
