📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Managing and mentoring the department's staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals aligned with the clinic's overall objectives.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the dental field.,Monitoring departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.,Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Dental Science or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within a dental clinic or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and protocols.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with a focus on achieving departmental goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in using dental management software and other relevant tools.,Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
