📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by managing the team and addressing any issues that arise.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant, including revenue and expenses.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.,Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
