Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Replenishment Representative to join our team in Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for replenishing stock to our retail partners, ensuring they have the products they need to meet customer demand. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our sales and build strong relationships with our retail partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Replenish stock to retail partners on a regular basis to ensure they have the products they need to meet customer demand.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and sales data.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service to retail partners and address any issues or concerns they may have.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that stock levels are optimized and that sales targets are met.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.,Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or replenishment role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the FMCG industry and a passion for the beverage sector is a plus.,Ability to travel to retail partners' locations as required.
