📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Handle fleet-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Oversee the training and development of junior fleet coordinators.,Ensure timely and efficient use of company vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing a fleet effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for fleet operations.
