In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members on fleet management best practices.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for fleet services and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
