📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide exceptional patient care and support in the operating theatre.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout their surgical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of the operating theatre for surgical procedures.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical operations.
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of patient care activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating theatre environment.
• Provide assistance to the theatre manager in the day-to-day operations of the theatre.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve patient care standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a patient service or operating theatre role.
• Strong knowledge of operating theatre procedures and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid certification in patient care or operating theatre procedures (preferred).
