📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve sales goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.,Monitor and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs).,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture is a plus.
