📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and systems.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all operations in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Provide technical support and guidance to ensure the efficient operation of facilities.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and systems, including but not limited to, boilers, compressors, pumps, and HVAC systems.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for maintenance and troubleshooting.,Certifications in safety and compliance, such as OSHA or equivalent, are a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
