In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services for data centre equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide on-site and remote technical support for data centre equipment, including HVAC systems, cooling infrastructure, and power systems.,Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability of data centre equipment.,Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.,Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for data centre operations.,Conduct equipment testing and calibration to verify performance and accuracy.,Provide training and support to clients and their staff on the proper use and maintenance of data centre equipment.,Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC, refrigeration, or data centre industry, with a focus on service engineering.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of data centre equipment, including HVAC systems, cooling infrastructure, and power systems.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for data centre operations.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.,Ability to travel extensively, including to remote locations, as required by the role.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
