PT Putih Eka is currently seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of other HR initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
