📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the entire dyeing and finishing process to ensure high-quality fabric production
- Lead a team of skilled professionals to meet production targets and deadlines
- Optimize production processes using advanced software such as SAP and JIT (Just-In-Time) systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain product standards
- Develop and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in dyeing and finishing operations in the textile industry
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving operational improvements
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Proficiency in advanced software such as SAP and JIT systems
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
