📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the water sports centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate with instructors, staff, and vendors to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Plan, organise, and execute events and activities at the water sports centre, working closely with our marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Manage the venue's budget, including revenue and expenditure, to ensure financial sustainability.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Represent The Kallang at industry events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in venue operations, event management, or a related role in the hospitality or leisure industry.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of water sports and recreational facilities, as well as relevant industry standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
