📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance using industry-standard tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues, reporting any problems to the maintenance team.
• Restock and replenish amenities in guest rooms, including towels, toiletries, and linens.
• Follow and enforce housekeeping protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Assist with special events and large-scale cleaning projects as needed.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, including laundry baskets and cleaning supplies.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
