📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of systems and identify potential issues.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source and install new equipment and upgrades.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of the mall.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the electrical and mechanical engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools for designing and documenting systems.
• Certifications in electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., NEC, NFPA, or equivalent) are a plus.
