📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues.
• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Document all IT processes and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
• Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide the best possible support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT helpdesk software such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
