📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Process and track shipping orders using logistics management systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Prepare and maintain shipping reports and records for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate shipping information and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
