📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Implement Agentic workflows to create intelligent, autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality AI projects.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and robustness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Document AI solutions and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their AI development journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on machine learning and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
